St. Louis Blues

The St. Louis Blues are a professional hockey team based in St. Louis, USA. Founded in 1967 as part of a major NHL expansion, they have won one Stanley Cup, in 2019. They play their home games at the Enterprise Center and compete in the Central Division of the Western Conference in the NHL.

St. Louis Blues History

As the NHL expanded with six new teams in 1967, the St. Louis Blues, along with the Minnesota North Stars, LA Kings, Philadelphia Flyers, Pittsburgh Penguins, and California Seals, officially joined the league. Head coach Scotty Bowman immediately led the team to success, reaching the Stanley Cup Final in 1968, 1969, and 1970. The Blues won their first Stanley Cup in 2019. Outside of the Original Six teams, they have the most Stanley Cup playoff appearances.
