Johnny Gaudreau

Johnny Gaudreau was an American winger for the Calgary Flames and the Columbus Blue Jackets, known across hockey as Johnny Hockey. Gaudreau died on 29 August 2024 at the age of 31, along with his brother Matthew, when the two were struck by a vehicle while cycling in New Jersey. Gaudreau scored 743 points in 763 NHL games, including a career-high 115-point season with Calgary in 2021-22.
