Crosby – alongside Drew Doughty – could win his third Olympic gold in Milan. The duo were both part of the 2010 and 2014 gold medal teams.

Team Canada’s Olympic roster
Having captained the team in 2014, Crosby is once again honored to wear the “C” on his jersey. Not just for his talent, but for his leadership and unrelenting will to win. Team Canada boasts a star-studded roster and is one of the favorites to claim gold.
The team has settled in Milan and is preparing for the tournament. Their first game is on Thursday against Czechia at 10:40 a.m. While out together, the players took a group photo – and when it was posted online, fans couldn’t stop laughing. The funny detail? Crosby. Standing at the far right of the picture, fans say he looks like the “team dad.”

Crosby is now being playfully roasted by hockey fans:
“Sidney Crosby looking like he is the team chaperone,” one fan writes on X.
“Mr. Crosby has total control of his class!” another adds.
“Sidney Crosby is a teacher going on an excursion with his class and he is currently regretting it deeply because he realized both Brad Marchand AND Seth Jarvis are in it,” jokes a third fan.
