Kyle Dubas

Kyle Dubas is a Canadian executive who is president of hockey operations and general manager of the Pittsburgh Penguins. Dubas was general manager of the OHL’s Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds at 25 and ran the Toronto Maple Leafs from 2018 to 2023. Dubas is a leading figure in the analytics era of NHL management.
