he Humboldt Broncos are a junior A hockey club in Humboldt, Saskatchewan, and have played in the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League since 1970. On 6 April 2018, the Broncos' team bus collided with a semi-trailer while travelling to a playoff game, and sixteen people died. The Broncos returned to the ice that October and have iced a team every season since, and the organ-donation movement that followed is marked each 7 April as Green Shirt Day.
