The playoffs have officially begun, and every team is doing everything in its power to make sure they reach as far as possible. And one thing’s for sure: The Vegas Golden Knights are not playing around when it comes to trying to get under the skin of their opponent.

The reports are coming from Elliotte Friedman in his 32 Thoughts podcast. Accordingly, The Golden Knights and its management have sabotaged the locker room reserved for the Winnipeg Jets, their opponents in round one of the playoffs, at T-Mobile Arena in Vegas.

Players love to sit on stationary bikes before, during, and after games to keep their bodies warm and keep their muscles from getting stiff. But the Jets players won’t be able to use them.

According to Friedman, Vegas has removed all the pedals from the bikes.

Friedman also claimed this wasn’t the first time the Golden Knights had done something like this against the Jets. In 2018, they sabotaged the lightning in the arena during Jets’ practice and also didn’t have any nets in the goals, according to some reports.

The Jets didn’t seem completely stressed about it since they won Game 1 with 5-1. Game 2 is being played on Thursday night, and we’ll see if the Golden Knights’ shenanigans will play a part in some way.
