Hot mic caught hilarious chirps and so many F-bombs during heated moment in Bruins’ Game 2

The Boston Bruins broke all kinds of records during the 2022-23 regular season. They were off to a great start in the playoffs as well, with a comfortable win in Game 1 against the Florida Panthers. But if someone thought the Panthers would go down without a fight, they were wrong. The Panthers outplayed the Bruins in times during Game 2 and bounced back from the loss in Game 1.

The first period stayed goalless, but the Panthers scored with just 1:42 on the clock in the second period. The game was tied 2-2 heading into the third period, and that’s when the floodgates opened.

The Florida Panthers scored four unanswered goals, and the game got messy. Many claimed that the referees let the game get out of hand and that they lost control of it, and we saw many situations with questionable hits and many heated moments. And luckily for us, a lot of great chirps were caught on a hot mic.

Not long after the Panthers scored their sixth goal of the night, some pushing and shoving occurred between the benches. With less than two minutes to go, Tomas Nosek delivered a high hit on Eric Staal, who fell to the ice. That sparked even more scrums between the teams.

Meanwhile, back on the bench, Nosek and Matthew Tkachuk started chirping each other, and it’s honestly one of the best hot mic situations we’ve had all year. Nosek accused his opponents of diving, and it didn’t take long until Staal joined the two and started screaming at Nosek.

The players dropped multiple F-bombs, and Staal was heard screaming, ’That’s fcking nice. Good clean hit. F*cking loser.’

With three seconds of the game, another scrum broke out, resulting in half of the guys on the ice getting sent off. The game wasn’t even finished when the referees decided to throw in the towel.

We can’t wait for Game 3!
