Fans can’t stop laughing at Jamie Benn’s behavior during wrestling match with former teammate

The Dallas Stars are looking great this playoffs. They eliminated the Minnesota Wild in a testy and tough first-round series, where they had to be without Joe Pavelski for most of the series.

The veteran forward suffered a nasty hit from Matt Dumba in Game 1 of the playoffs. Still, when he finally returned, he showed just how important his offensive abilities and experience are for the team.

In Game 1 of Round 2, against the Seattle Kraken, Pavelski had four goals, but the Stars still lost.

They needed a win in Game 2, and unlike Game 1, which Seattle won in overtime, it was all about Dallas. The Stars started aggressively and took a 2-0 lead halfway through the first period. The Stars outshot the Kraken 37-27, and Joe Pavelski scored the game-winning goal in the game that ended 4-2.

The Stars seem to be in a really solid place at the moment, and now, one sequence from Game 2 proves it—and has fans laughing.

During the game, Jamie Benn got into a wrestling match with Kraken’s Jamie Oleksiak. Oleksiak is a huge guy, so getting into any kind of fight with him shouldn’t be funny. But according to the footage, Benn certainly seemed to think it was.

Benn smiled and embraced the situation as he was lying on the ice with Oleksiak on top of him.

It was absolutely hilarious, and fans thought so too, and many joked about how cute it looked.

”Jamie Benn acting like a 5 year old kid who is fighting with his brother,” one said.

”I thought it was sweet,” another said.

”Just a couple of besties,” a third added.

Jamie Oleksiak played with the Stars from 2012 to 2017 and again from 2019 to 2021. So he’s had his moments with Benn as a teammate, which probably helped Benn find the incident funny.
