Anton Frondell was born on May 7, 2007, in Stockholm to Henrik and Eva Frondell. He also has an older sister, Alva, born in 2003. Frondell began his hockey journey with FoC Farsta, a club located in southern Stockholm. From the beginning, his talent stood out.

Anton Frondell: Youth Career

Frondell started making waves early in his career. At just 14, he joined Djurgården’s U16 team and quickly made an impact by scoring 32 points (25 goals, 7 assists) in 23 games. The following season (2022–2023), he advanced to the U18 level and tallied 44 points (19 goals, 25 assists) across 34 games. These performances showcased his offensive instincts and playmaking ability.
In 2023–2024, Frondell stepped up to senior-level hockey with Djurgården in HockeyAllsvenskan, Sweden’s second-tier league.
