Brad Marchand comeback in Boston

For the Bruins organization and their fans, however, the trade has yet to pay off. But on Tuesday, their former captain will make an emotional return to TD Garden as the Panthers come to visit.
During his days back in Boston, Brad Marchand reconnected with a few of his old pals — Patrice Bergeron, Zdeno Chara, Tuukka Rask, and Adam McQuaid. The gang went out to dinner on Sunday, and there was no question about who had to pick up the tab.
“They bullied me. I did,” Marchand told reporters on Monday with a laugh.
Speaking about his return to his longtime home, Marchand praised the Bruins fans as the best part of Boston.
“The city is incredible. The fans make it awesome. Some of the stories, things that I’ve seen fans do — a lot of them aren’t PG-rated. They bleed black and gold,” Brad Marchand said.

Katrina Marchand’s funny request

That said, he still hopes to get a little love from the fans on Tuesday.
“They won’t be able to cheer because they don’t like the Panthers very much. Maybe they’ll like me enough to give a little ‘Yay’ or something,” Marchand said hopefully.
Someone else hoping for a little love from the Bruins fans is Katrina Marchand, Brad’s wife of ten years, according to Sportskeeda. Posting on her Instagram Story, she shared her husband’s quote with a very funny caption:
“Please, just a couple of yays,” she wrote.
