IIHF

The IIHF, the International Ice Hockey Federation, is the world governing body for ice hockey, founded in Paris in 1908 and based in Zurich. The IIHF has 84 member associations and runs the world championship programme at every level, including the men’s Worlds in May, the Women’s Worlds and the World Juniors. The IIHF also governs the Olympic tournaments together with the IOC.
