Gabriel Landeskog

Gabriel Landeskog is a Swedish winger and captain of the Colorado Avalanche, who lifted the Stanley Cup in 2022. Landeskog missed three seasons after four knee surgeries and a cartilage transplant, then returned in 2025-26 and won both the Masterton Trophy and the Messier Leadership Award in June 2026. Landeskog was the youngest captain in NHL history when Colorado named him in 2012.
