And the Stars didn’t take it easy on him.
The Stars went all out for Anderson McDuffie, organizing a game between themselves and McDuffie’s youth team. The youngsters received a police-escorted arrival, postgame interviews and even had a scrap with defenseman John Klingberg.
The EKG's have a 4-2 lead after the first of two periods.

The Stars’ social media team went all out, tweeting the action as if it was a normal game. McDuffie dropped the gloves with Klingberg and picked up his first NHL fight and victory.

Overall it was a total package deal for Anderson and his team, The day ended with some post-game interviews. Jame Benn commended Anderson’s team on how good they were.
“There were some good players out there, including Anderson,” Benn said. “It was a great day and I kinda wish we could play a little longer.”
