Make-A-Wish Recipient Pulls Savage Prank on Toews

You can debate the best playmakers of all-time, but Make-A-Wish may be at the top of that category. The foundation assists children in meeting their favorite sports stars and helping their dreams come true. If smiles were counted as points in the NHL, Make-A-Wish would be the all-time leading scorer.

Mason Berg, a 12-year-old child who has muscular dystrophy used his wish to practice with his favourite team – the Chicago Blackhawks. He even got to drop the mitts with Toews and played a savage prank on the Blackhawks Captain.

Toews was about to take a refreshing sip of water from a bottle provided by Berg, but unbeknownst to Toews, the lid was unscrewed. Instead of a stream of water, Toews received an entire face wash, drenching him in the once bottled water. In Berg’s post-practice interview, he admitted that the well-executed prank was his idea.

Mason also spent the day scoring goals, winning faceoffs and even performed Patrick Kane’s famous celly.
