Brad Marchand attempts to annoy Leo Komarov in the most unusual way

We’re only halfway through the opening contest between Boston and Toronto, but things have already started to heat up. The atmosphere has been electric and the players are already leaving everything they have on the ice.

Because it’s a Bruins and Maple Leafs game, one could easily understand that this series would be chippy. Well, Loe Komarov and Brad Marchand are two players getting in each other’s faces in this first game.

Komarov and Marchand have been chirping and checking one another all night, but Marchand stepped it up even further.

After being checked off the puck by Komarov, the cameras caught Marchand licking and pressing his mouth against the face of Komarov. Leo seemed unfazed, but you have to wonder what was going through the mind of Komarov.

I guess when it’s the playoffs, personal space doesn’t matter.
