Where are Vancouver Canucks games on television?
Sportsnet Pacific has the regional games; Rogers holds Canucks regional rights outright under a ten-year deal, with no TSN involvement. National games are on Sportsnet on Saturdays and Mondays, and exclusively on Amazon Prime Video on Wednesdays.

What happened to Sportsnet 650?
Rogers closed it on 7 July 2026, along with Calgary’s Sportsnet 960, 660 NewsRadio Calgary, 1130 AM Vancouver and two other stations, cutting about 80 jobs. Rogers kept the Canucks radio rights. Games are reported to be moving to 104.9 KiSS FM — the first time Canucks hockey has been solely on FM — with Brendan Batchelor expected back on play-by-play and Randip Janda on colour, and a one-hour pregame show planned. None of that has been officially confirmed.
What does that mean for listeners?
Two practical things. Road games are reported to be called off monitors from a studio in Vancouver rather than from the arena. And because the station itself is gone, so is the daily Canucks talk-radio programming that surrounded the games — the city no longer has a dedicated all-sports radio station.
Will there be fewer blackouts?
Probably. The Canucks’ regional territory is British Columbia and the Yukon, and regional Sportsnet Pacific broadcasts are blacked out beyond it. But Rogers can now convert Canucks regional games into national broadcasts wholesale, and national games carry no blackout — so fans outside the province should hit noticeably fewer walls than last season.
Who calls the games on television?
John Shorthouse on play-by-play with Dave Tomlinson analysing and Ray Ferraro on selected games, and Dan Murphy hosting — that was last season’s line-up and no changes have been reported, but Sportsnet confirms its plans in September.
When do the Canucks play?
Tuesday 29 September, away to Edmonton, at 7pm Pacific. The home opener is 1 October, against Edmonton again.
