The St. Louis Blues now own and sell their own broadcasts, with the NHL producing them — roughly 70 telecasts, every regular-season game not taken by a national broadcaster. What has not been settled is how you receive them. No channel name, no carriage deal and no streaming price has been published, four weeks out.
What replaced FanDuel Sports Network Midwest?
A club-owned broadcast operation, with production overseen jointly with NHL Productions and the Blues handling sales, marketing and distribution across their six-state territory. The club says it is negotiating cable, satellite, streaming and over-the-air distribution, with details “to be announced before the season”.
What will the streaming option cost?
Not announced. The club has confirmed a team-owned platform with monthly and annual subscriptions, pricing still under negotiation.
Will any games be on free television?
Unconfirmed for this season. In 2025-26 the Blues ran a limited three-game over-the-air deal with First Alert 4 and Matrix Midwest, and the club’s own page still lists it — but that reflects the old arrangement, not a confirmed deal for this year.
Who calls the games?
Chris Kerber on play-by-play with Joey Vitale on colour, simulcast across television and radio, with Andy Strickland rinkside and Scott Warmann hosting at home. Jamie Rivers, Bernie Federko and Chris Pronger appear in studio. That structure was installed in 2025-26 when John Kelly’s 20-year television run ended; it has not been separately re-announced for this season. Radio remains 101 ESPN.
What about out-of-market games?
NHL Power Play through the ESPN app, listed on the Blues’ own page at $10.99 a month or $109.99 a year. The Blues describe a six-state in-market territory but have not published the map for the new network — the old FanDuel footprint ran across Missouri, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas and Indiana.
When do the Blues play?
Friday 2 October at Dallas, with the home opener on 8 October against San Jose. Eleven games are on national television.
