Ryan Strome’s mom reading Rangers starting line up might be the best thing we’ve ever seen

The New York Rangers kicked off their annual moms trip last night with the team playing the Blackhawks on the road.

Putting up a 6-3 victory, the Rangers extended their road win streak to six with one win short of the franchise record.

During the moms trip, like other teams, the Rangers prepared some fun activities. First out, Ryan Strome’s mother Trish got to read the starting lineup at United Center.

Trish Strome read the starting lineup giving the line mates some advice. She suggested that Artemi Panarin gives Ryan the puck and Jesper Fast going to the net if he get’s the puck from Ryan.

Also, she chirped Ryan Lindgren following the Brad Marchand incident telling him not go get hurt in front of his mother again. But when reaching the starting goalie, things got interesting.

“I just love saying Shesterkin!”, Trish shouted speaking about rookie goaltender Igor Shesterkin who’s had an incredible start of his Rangers career putting up seven wins through his first eight appearances

Strome celebrated his moms line up presentation in the best way possible, netting a rebound for a power play goal. Mrs Strome was happy about Ryan’s goal. And it showed.

After the game, Ryan Strome wrote a great tweet on his moms performance as well.
